Pastries galore, the crumb Factory Bakery displays an open floor plan with a kitchen in the back and a glass display showing customers their process of kneading dough. This project required separation of space, both public and private but also to allow viewing into the Crumb Factory secrete bakery.

This project consists of providing construction documents, working with the owner to provide commercial kitchen equipment specified to dial in the design and work flow from the process of the bakery.
