The Gold Residence is a waterfront property with views of Tampa Bay and boat access. The site comes to a narrow proximity at the rear end of the property with required setbacks that tailor the design of the home.

Designed for a family of four relocating from California to St. Petersburg, Florida. Together they wished to have a clean, sleek house that offers plenty of transparency from indoor to outdoor living. The design is customized around the shape of the lot and the views facing south of the water. The residence has maximized ground floor clearance of the site using up all the width and length allowed. Separating the three bedrooms from the master suite allows the middle to be an open flow living space. Opening up to a large covered outdoor patio that leads to the walk-in infinity pool.

The most distinctive design feature is the clean horizontal lines of the exterior. Every bedroom and living room consists of open glass windows taking advantage of the unobstructive views facing the water.
