The Twisted Croissant Bakery is a new addition to a small business community located on Ne Broadway Street with limited space upon entry you become intrigued in the counter displaying of unique fresh croissants. The hallway carried open flow to the front counter to the bakery located in the back. This project provides construction documentation for permitting, working with the owner to create a design with welcoming feel.
